Power
 

My views of Power, a word that can have meanings in so many areas, I believe that when we as an individual can come to terms and accept and WANT t run out own
life; THAT is power. When we take our mental energy and control it, and USE live and time rather than BE USED by life and time; THAT is power.

When we come to terms with nature, which is in us as much as we are in it, and learn that the TRUE faith is not to cling, as we have been taught, but to rather LET GO!! Let go and TRUST in nature, that the same nature that stars shine in, the same nature that grows our apples, the same nature that the clouds float in, WILL TAKE CARE OF US. To be able to live your life, within you and validate your OWN beliefs and values,
without worry of judgment, guilt, second guessers and doubters - THAT is power.

In life, we must realize that the same parents who raised us fought the same battles in their lives, and they were raised by parents who did the same - ALL did the best they could with what they THOUGHT was right and correct, mostly by things that were taught and observed. Much of it was blind faith, and this was passed on without a second thought, NO ONE questioned!  Later in life when the questions and doubts arise, it causes MAJOR problems inside, as the BASE of our being is our parents' teachings. To overcome that is POWER.

If you believe life "matters" and cling happily to all of your "yesterdays", in photos and such, then do NOT be surprised that you also lug all the negatives in memory also, those ones that come out to "haunt" you every now and again, for each front has a back and it is the price that every clinger pays. There is nothing in any our yesterdays that is not of our own doing, of course, except what happened when you were a
child all else you did with YOUR POWER OF CONSENT.  And there is no one to blame, beside yourself, whether it was good or bad, it was YOU who consented and allowed with that consent.

You have the power, upon awaking to a new day, to look outside, feel WONDERFUL and to say this will be a great day, and you also have the power to awake and
look in the mirror and dread the dullness of yet another boring day, and you RE-VALIDATE those feelings EACH day of your life YOU have the power to look into the mirror and see love, worth, ambition, and ALL good you also have the power to look in the mirror and feel depression, loneliness and worthlessness and religion and God enter the thought there IS NO GOD until YOU, with the power of YOUR MIND, accept and ALLOW it to be, think about that, YOU DECIDE to believe or not believe and you ALSO decide whether God as creator is attached to the man made value of religion; which id entirely different!!

I myself believe ONLY in what I can taste, smell, touch, hear and see, and nothing more. Nature provides all that to my senses, and I live in the splendor of nature each day it is MY POWER of mind to be completely at ease, comfortable and happy with that; most do not share my views. Many FEEL as I do, but are afraid to admit those feelings, because of the LABEL that accompanies such an admission, and THAT is power
also!!
