FOR EACH AND EVERY
 

For each and every,
bad thing that comes along,
there is pain, if you allow it,
there is a good, if you find it.

For each and every,
time someone hurts you,
your mistrust grows, if you let it,
there is a new friend, if you see them.

For each and every,
negative that you will hear,
you become less, if you listen,
a WONDERFUL positive is yet so near.

For each and every,
time you find someone to blame,
your esteem shrinks, if you point,
find a higher goal at which to aim.

For each and every,
time you let pettiness get your best,
your times melts away in waste,
so each thing becomes a SELF test.

For each and every,
time you wallow in mistrust and doubt,
your rut deepens, as you dig,
it is ONLY YOU who can get YOU out.

For each and every,
time you give up without a real try,
you become less in your mind and eye,
at your end you will be screaming "WHY."

For each and every,
time you let opportunity slip away,
because you can't, don't and won't,
you chance to WIN shortens by a day.

Clear the clutter from your mind,
look within and you shall find,
your clock is too tight to unwind,
and so to life you've become blind....

Learn to live and love in NOW,
it is always now anyhow,
you may as well accept and bow,
look at life,
and you'll say "OH, WOW!"

For each and every,
day you learn to enjoy,
you will help another to discover,
that time and life are but a toy,
as we pass through the game of life.
