I am here my friend,
my hand, my love and my heart,
I am here to help you,
take one step forward to start.

Take some action,
show some trust,

it is something you must.

You must want to change,
you must want it very bad,
don't be influenced by yesterday,
and all the negatives you've had.

Decide for yourself,
where you'd like to go,

and deep inside you will know.

I can't help if you won't talk,

as you sit in the still of night.

I am here and I care,
take one step forward for you,
allow yourself a chance to live,
