FIND A POSITIVE
 

Latch onto some positive,
or happy person you know,
do as they do, and follow,
wherever they may go.

You'll learn positive and happy,
if you allow yourself to be,
in the presence of motivation,
it will rub off and happy, you'll see.

Why choose to remain a negative,
when you can see what it gives,
don't we all want to be happy,
isn't that why a person lives?

Let the sun shine into your world,
open the window to your mind,
find someone who moves you,
anyone, anywhere that you can find.

Make a decision to forget the past,
make a decision that you can be,
whatever it is that you want,
dream and let your mind run free.

Will something awaken you some day,
will something finally get through,
will something ever bring a reaction,
do you know, it's all up to you?

To settle, and to stop the dream,
of what you wanted life to be,
to give up and turn inside,
and linger on in silent misery..

I don't believe it's what you want,
or why you allow it to continue,
only you know the fears you imagine,
the fear, the chains, that you cling to.
