MORE FROM THE CORE
 

As you sit in this world,
be still and look around,
let your eyes see,
all the surrounds you.

The screen in front of you,
the keyboard at your fingers,
the chair below you,
pictures on the wall.

Books on the shelf,
the refrigerator humming,
the radio playing,
take in all that is there.
 
Realize, behind all these things,
was a person with a thought,
a person with a vision,
a person trying to create.

Think of that person,
of the pain and frustration,
of the negative people around,
of the ones who laughed.

How many attempts,
how strong a desire,
how many failures,
how many tears?

Was there anything made,
that happened at ONCE?
Or were the failures many,
and naysayers abounded?

For all of you,
who have negative thought,
who have doubt within,
who live in fear,
who live in disbelief,
who live in mistrust,
now THINK OF THAT PERSON.

Of the trials and tribulations,
of the time and energy,
of the never ending effort,
and today YOU enjoy results.

Isn't it ironic,
a doubter,
a non believer,
a naysayer,
a negative voice or thought,
a non truster,
should enjoy someone's pain?

Think of all that there is,
realize someone THOUGHT it all,
the hours of energy,
the lifetime of effort,
so that YOU could have and use it today,
how can YOU be a doubter,
a non believer,
a negative thought,
a naysayer?
