MAGIC HAPPENS

Step out of your closet,
take a breath of fresh air,
for magic happens,
when you can show you care.

Step off the curb so high,
take a walk into the street,
for magic happens,
when you smile at those you meet.

Take a stand,
against your fears,
for the clock is ticking,
and we know the end nears.

Go beyond your comfort,
reach out and just touch,
for magic happens,
and doesn't cost that much.

Magic happens,
when you make a friend,
and it is easy to do,
have a smile to lend.

Magic happens,
when you share your mind,
just talking with another,
such happiness you'll find.

Magic happens,
when a connection is made,
to touch or be touched,
go beyond being afraid.

The magic of life,
is controlled in your head,
when you feel like quitting,
try harder instead.

Magic happens,
when you give life a chance,
first a small little step,
and then the whole dance.
