I'VE ALWAYS THOUGHT
 

I've always thought,
there would be the time,
to do all I've put aside,
I've always thought.

I've always thought,
I'd have time to read,
all the books surrounding me,
I've always thought.

I've always felt so sure,
I'd have the time to hear,
all the music that I love,
I've always thought.

Now that I look around,
the sad truth hits me,
that more has been put aside,
then the time needed to read and listen.

I've always thought,
I'd have time to grasp,
all that was flying by,
I've always thought.
