FOR I KNOW
 

With each "gotcha",
that life throws,
I can handle them,
for I know.

I know who's in charge,
I know what I decide,
I know I can do anything,
it is me, it's my pride.

I know it's a chance,
to build myself stronger still,
I know it's my choice,
I can, and I know that I will.

It's a chance, I know,
to dive into it deep,
for the more involved you get,
the more rewards you'll keep.

Rather than become stressed,
which is the easy way,
I decide I'd rather win,
I see it different today.

These are but words,
the truth lies in action,
for words can do nothing,
not even a fraction.

We each rule our roost,
with the power of our mind,
for we each can solve,
we challenge we may find.

The depth of the challenge,
you just jump right in,
deal with it, item by item,
always believe you'll win.

It is your class,
in nature's school,
to show who you are,
to prove that you rule.

Things may seem impossible,
from a distance away,
when you get up closer,
it's another game you play.

Look for the challenge,
seek them out,
you'll feel so good then,
with each win, you'll shout.

Don't run away,
from what you fear,
face it head on,
make your decision clear.

Decide you'll win,
decide you are able,
decide you won't ever quit,
make your mind strong and stable.

Each time you feel,
life deals you a DUD,
decide to show life,
what you're made of.
