be alive and awake,
let's take action,
mankind is at stake.

decide to do it NOW,
we can overcome the problem,
I can show you how.

be it pound by pound,
let's spread the word,
the way has been found.

Stand up and lead,
help is needed everywhere,
be a positive force,
show others that you care.

Making the decision,
is how action starts,
believe in yourself,
happiness and smiling hearts.

I know the feeling,
of helping others lose weight,
their smiles warm me,
it's never too late.

I'm looking for others,
who love being alive,
to help spread the word,
to our friends far and wide.

I know for fact,
that through our action,
we can save people,
the action has begun.

Let's get skinny,
let's be friends and smile,
let's join hands and share,
let's make living worthwhile.
