MY TIME WITH YOU
 

Nothing lasts beyond this life,
at the end all is forever gone,
it is the now that we have,
my time with you is precious.

Wheels go spinning by each day,
time melts away like ice,
it can't be captured or saved,
my time with you is special.

A life of friends,
a life of loves,
a life to experience,
my time with you to share.

So many distractions,
there is so much stress,
so many ways to waste life away,
my time with you is happiness.

As moments become hours,
hours become days and weeks,
I want only to capture,
as much as possible with you.

I glow deep inside,
with what you make me feel,
I know the feelings are now,
and I know the now is alive,
for each moment I want,
time with you.
