ONE DAY
One day,
when we have been reduced,
either you or me,
will read these words. One day, you or me,
will remember how we argued,
and wish we could argue,
just one more time.On that day,
as the argument begins,
we'll catch each others eyes,
and cling and be still. One day,
when one remains,
the thought of arguing,
will bring a smile.One day,
when one remains,
love will grow,
at the thought of today.Perhaps we can,
before that day,
think these words,
and cling a bit more.
