WHEN PAIN FINDS YOU
 

When pain comes into your life,
when hurt is all around,
when your world crumbles,
and you can't find solid ground.

This is your opportunity to grow,
it is nature, wanting you to know,
it remains, hurt and pain, even though,
through those clouds, the sun will show.

That sun will come from you,
it is your chance to glow inside,
though most in this situation,
will only give up, and run and hide.

Nature is always giving a sign,
it is for us to be aware,
to take advantage of what is given,
to capture what nature will share.

Come into touch with who you are,
allow yourself to experience the pain,
but, don't let yourself be consumed,
flow with it and you will surely gain.

It is in these moments of distress,
when the real you is close at hand,
for in touching and being with nature,
you'll begin to understand.

You'll understand that in our lives,
there is the middle way,
it is not high, it is not low,
it remains the same each day.

Be at one with nature,
be at one with who you are,
understand that you are very close,
to that seemingly, far away star.

Understand in our world,
there is no bad and no good,
it is only nature playing games,
it needs to be understood.

Let nothing that comes along,
ever get in your way,
let go of small and petty,
express the joy and love each day.

When pain comes your way,
it is a signal to grasp,
to let go of anxious and worry,
to realize that there is no one to ask.

Life was given but to enjoy,
quite a simple thing,
so get in touch with your light inside,
find what makes your bells ring.

For we can never offer to another,
that which we have not found,
you are in your world, all alone,
there is not another you around.

Make your life have a meaning,
discover just who you really are,
come to grips with the realization,
your path glows, long and far.
