Who you are,
is what you think,
what you think,
is what you build.

Build your image,
from what you have,
capture those moments,
of what you have been.

It is up to you,
to be who you wish to be,
your mind and your thoughts,
are the basic foundation.

Plant the image,
if you don't have what you want,
as you think it over and over,
you will become that.

The image of what you think,
the image of what you feel,
goes forward in your days,
and will grow and grow and grow.

The image you project,
is the reflection you'll receive,
and, if done sincerely,
will become you at all who see.

If you project positive,
positive you will receive,
it's all at the heart,
of what you believe.

Capture and build,
your recipe is your choice,
you choose your ingredients,
you create your image.

Don't be afraid,
to go after,
a life of your own,
build on what you choose.

You owe it to you,
to be what you want,
your time is your life,
don't throw it away.

Plant your seeds,
think, see and live them,
they will grow, you will be,
the you that is buried within.

Capture and build,
each day,
each person,
each moment,
each incident,
has something to offer,

if you are ready,
if you are open,
if you allow yourself,

to be vulnerable,
and you realize,
that any and everything,
that any and every one,
that any and every time,
that any and every thought,
becomes a brand new now,
is a brand new opportunity,
to capture and build,
