CLINGING

The most real thing in your life,
is the you that you know well,
but, as you see in the mirror,
you are but a image, a thought to tell.

Can you cling to that image,
in the mirror on the wall,
go ahead and hold it tight,
and then the mirror will fall.

The mirror and image can show you,
there is nothing in life which to cling,
for all that you can grasp today,
one day is gone, each and everything.

Life is you and your energy,
we are natures own dance,
we need to go out and try all,
and give everything a chance.

We are not here to sit and worry,
we are not here to sit and cry,
we are not here to blame the world,
we're not here to make an alibi.

We are here to live and enjoy,
we are here to run and to sing,
we are here for summer and fall,
we're here to enjoy everything.

There is nothing to cling to,
who wants to carry a sack,
of good and bad and yesterdays,
that we can never, ever get back?

Go out and enjoy the sunshine,
watch the birds and hear them sing,
go see how the flowers are smiling,
see how nature plays at everything.

Be a child of life once more,
let wonder overtake your mind,
amaze yourself with fun and living,
become the wonder you'll find.

There is nothing to cling to,
it will all turn to dust some day,
there is no reason to worry,
your life is the price you'll pay.

There is nowhere to look,
there is nowhere to find,
if it is love and happiness you seek,
for they are both in your mind.

Nature will unlock both,
and you will know they are there,
but ONLY when you let yourself free,
go live and show nature you care.
