ABOUT YOUR FEARS
 

How they began.....

Your fears control you,
fears that someone injected into your being,
from their fears and insecurities,
from their doubt of life and love,
THEIR fear controls you still.

Fear is fueled by more thought,
all fear and doubt from the past,
it builds on your insecurity,
all you learn is to fear more deeply.

You are one with nature,
fear is but man-made,
how many other man-made things control you,
who do you allow to validate your life?

We are but a star,
will only shine for a short while,
to spend that short while in fear,
is the ONLY sin of humanity.

Fear is not something to unlearn.
fear only can be defeated here and now,
a decision to TAKE BACK CONTROL,
and to take away all other options.

To whom do you owe your life,
to whom do you turn for help,
with whom do you spend each moment,
to whom goes your point of blame?

We have but to realize,
that WE are in control of SELF,
YOU establish your self worth,
YOU validate all that is YOU.

To allow another any option,
to allow another any control,
is the cop-out of your lifetime,
to finger will ALWAYS point to YOU.

Fear keeps you in a cage,
fear controls your every move,
fear keeps you in your place,
fear keeps you feeling small.

We all live and we'll all die,
we've known that all along,
so where does fear fit into the scene,
the chains of fear, YOU have the key.

To deal with the YOU inside,
to bring PRIDE and HAPPY to the front,
is to overcome and destroy the fear,
that you have been carrying through life.

It is as easy as a decision,
the SAME thought that ties you down,
YOU can reverse that thought to YES,
for YOU create the world you see.

Believe in yourself,
believe in your worth,
believe in your ability,
believe that you REALLY CAN!!

Try, try and TRY AGAIN,
just never give up the hope,
DON'T take NO as an answer,
for you CAN be, if YOU want.

As the 4 letter F word implies,
FORGET what you hear in your EAR,
be it from others or from your thought,
and GO forward with ACTION of life!!
