ABOUT HAPPY
 

Happy is such a silly word,
with a p p in the middle,
makes you want to smile,
then it makes you giggle!

So just think this,
have a p p why,
come on, would you,
at least give a try?

We all want to be happy,
it all starts inside,
it is a seed that you plant,
and grow it with pride.

You must feel worthy,
and deserving of joy,
think how you felt,
with a brand new toy!

Feel good about life,
feel good about you,
feel good about love,
and happy will come through.

When you feel happy inside,
all your life will change,
all around you will smile,
it may even seem strange.

As you do this for a while,
you will begin to believe,
it will spread to others,
smiles and love you'll receive.

It starts with the seed,
you plant in your mind,
your happy seed is a thought,
from some joy you find.

Feed the plant each day,
by thinking happy things,
find joy in the clouds,
or in how the bird sings.

Make it important to you,
handle it with care,
others will try to destroy it,
but continue to share.

Know that you can do it,
believe with all your might,
know that it is worth it,
hold that belief real tight.

First happy will affect you,
and then those who you know,
you will attract more happy,
and your happiness will grow.

It is a chain of events,
it all starts with you,
for each happy you give,
will multiply each time through.

You are the master,
of happy in your days,
only you can make it happen,
only you makes it stay.

Happy attracts happy,
like a merry go round,
all from a p p that was,
from a silly word we found!!
